Due to the unique nature of our collection, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or expected signs of age and wear, except where required by law.

Antique and vintage pieces are sold in their existing condition. Natural patina, imperfections, and signs of age are part of their authenticity and beauty. We encourage customers to carefully review all descriptions, photographs, and measurements before purchasing.

Should you have questions, we are happy to provide additional details, photographs, or videos to help you shop with confidence.

Damaged Items: In the rare event an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will assist in resolving the matter in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

From timeless antiques discovered throughout the English and French countryside to thoughtfully curated treasures for your home, each item is carefully handled, packaged, and shipped with the attention it deserves.

We take great pride in ensuring your purchases arrive safely and beautifully, ready to become part of your own story. Please review our shipping and fulfillment policies below.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days for in-stock merchandise, unless otherwise stated at purchase or during a Live Sale. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may vary during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or for particularly large or delicate antique pieces requiring specialized packaging.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through UPS and USPS, depending on the size, weight, fragility, and destination of your purchase. All standard shipments include tracking information.

For oversized antiques, furniture, artwork, or exceptionally fragile pieces, specialized shipping or white-glove delivery services may be arranged. Additional shipping fees may apply.

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Packaging & Handling

Many of our pieces have traveled across generations, countries, and centuries before finding their way into our collection. We believe they deserve the utmost care as they make their journey to you.

Each item is thoughtfully packaged using appropriate protective materials, with special attention given to antique, vintage, and fragile merchandise.

Due to the unique nature of our inventory, certain items may require additional handling or custom packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Antique & Vintage Merchandise

Our collection features authentic antiques and vintage treasures, many of which display the natural characteristics of age, history, and previous use.

Minor imperfections, patina, wear, and variations are part of what makes these pieces so special. We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each item so you can shop with confidence.

These characteristics are not considered shipping damage.

Damaged Items

While every precaution is taken to protect your purchase, we understand that accidents can occasionally happen during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@southerngentsco.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Clear photographs of the damaged item

• Photographs of the exterior and interior packaging

• A brief description of the damage

We ask that you retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

Once the damage has been reviewed and verified as occurring during shipment, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund when applicable.

Local Pickup

We are pleased to offer complimentary local pickup in Lexington, Kentucky, by appointment.

If you would prefer to collect your purchase in person, please contact us at hello@southerngentsco.com to coordinate a convenient pickup time and location.

Combined Shipping

Found more than one treasure you simply cannot leave behind?

We are happy to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment whenever safely possible. If combined shipping results in excess shipping charges, we will gladly refund the difference.

Please note that certain fragile or oversized items may need to be shipped separately for their protection.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Larger antiques, furniture, mirrors, and oversized artwork may require specialized shipping arrangements.

Shipping costs for these items may be quoted separately based on dimensions, weight, delivery location, and handling requirements.

We encourage you to contact us before purchasing oversized pieces so we can help determine the most suitable and economical delivery option.
